I believe we are all 100% unique and multi-dimensional, each requiring an approach to diet, lifestyle, and fitness that is carefully catered to our individual needs. This may change frequently, depending on schedule, life and work demands, and emotional state. With regular check-ins, we are able to collaborate and create the best plan to fit your needs.

Creating a healthier lifestyle is not achieved by a quick-fix or fad diet. I work with individuals on a long-term basis in order to create meaningful and lasting change—without counting calories, pushing supplements, or prescribing grueling exercise programs. I have many tools to share, encompassing the gamut of Western and Eastern, professional and spiritual, and body and mind perspectives. Services are offered on a monthly basis.

Initial Consultation/Charting the Course

This is our opportunity to get to know one another. You’ll be able to ask me questions and I’ll present you with many of my own in order to assess your Prakriti (constitution: vata-pitta-kapha; optimal blueprint) and Vikruti (current imbalances). In addition to questioning, I’ll offer an analysis of your face, tongue, and hands—this Ayurvedic art can provide fun and fascinating insights into your current state of health. You’ll walk me through a typical day so that I can better understand your rhythms, habits, schedule, stressors, and food choices. We’ll explore your health history, current ailments, digestion, and elimination—all very important factors to determine how we’ll approach your food, exercise, and other lifestyle programming. From here, we’ll discuss your goals and intentions for what you’d like to achieve.

Eat (the Rainbow).

After the initial consultation, you can expect plant-based eating and food preparation to be a large and regular component of our work together. You’ll receive an education in the benefits of plant-based eating, a kitchen-reset, weekly menu planning and meal prep, and personal accountability. If desired, focus may be placed on transitioning to a plant-based diet.

  • You do not have to be vegan or even vegetarian to benefit from this service. You will never be pressured to go in that direction—that’s not what our work is about.

  • I focus—a LOT—on optimal digestion and elimination. Be prepared for in-depth conversations about your bodily functions!


Live Fully.

Once we take a look at your current lifestyle, daily rhythms, and goals, I’ll make some suggestions about what you might add/subtract. Using various techniques and practices (e.g., meditation, journaling, pranayama/breathing exercises, creating new routines and habits), you will take an active role in creating a more balanced, fulfilling daily schedule. Emphasis is on reducing stress and increasing the sense of vitality—not on achieving perfection. This is not a rigid protocol for you to follow, but an enjoyable way to approach creating more balance and harmony in your daily life.


Move Daily.

The final component of our work together addresses your fitness commitments. Based on your individual needs and goals, we’ll discuss general ideas for increasing strength and cardiovascular fitness, improving flexibility, and healthy weight management. If needed, I will accompany you to the gym or help you set up your own home gym.

As your guide, I am available to you throughout the duration of your program. I will be honest with you, prepared for our time together, and open to hearing your feedback. I will always respond to you within 24-hours, and if you ask me a question and I don’t know the answer, you can bet I’ll be diving into research that day to find it!

A final note about my work. I’m also evolving! While I have a history as a competitive athlete and share my experience as a professional figure athlete, I no longer write exercise programs or provide fitness guidance for aesthetic competitions or sports performance. I am happy to provide instruction on proper weight lifting form, and even accompany you in the gym for this purpose, but my focus has shifted to a more wellness-based approach.
