I can help you with basic food preparation, and get you set up for a week of successful eating. I won’t make you a gourmet chef, but I will get you creating healthy, vibrant meals!

The meal template I will teach you can easily be adapted to any health or physical goal you may have—whether you’re trying to lose-gain-maintain weight, control blood sugar, reduce cholesterol, train for a sport, or just improve your health and digestion. I can provide general guidance, where it comes to calories and macronutrients.

Based on your preferences and needs, I will come up with a menu, shopping list, and a plan for execution. This will likely involve you committing some time to food prep a couple times a week.

I can join you in your home (if local) or via Zoom for kitchen prep instruction and basic cooking and prepping skills.

Preparation is Prevention. When you have food ready to assemble, warm up, or quickly toss in the pot or oven, you are much less likely to eat out, grab convenience and packaged foods, or skip meals.

Cooking your own meals allows you to eat fresh foods and control what goes into your mouth. You’d be amazed at how much oil, salt, and sugar (and calories and fat!) are found in a restaurant’s healthiest option.
